saut de chat (so da sha) – Otherwise known as kong/monkey. Involves throwing yourself forward onto an obstacle, landing palms first, then your legs coming through your hands. Useful in clearing long obstacles or gaining distance after an obstacle.
saut de bras (so da bra) = Cat leap.
Demi tour = Turn Vault. Instead of going past the obstacle and away, landing facing where you came from. Useful in dismounting from height or when there’s a considerable drop you wish to bypass beyond that obstacle.
passe muraille = Wall pass (wall-hop/pop vault/wall climb, and any other technique which is used to get over a wall)
saut de précision = precision jump
saut de fond = gap jump
Saut Detente = Far jump (running gap)
passage de barrière = vault. Whatever vaults you do, except demi tour. This is your name for it.
roulade = roll
lachér = hanging drop or swing (e.g. let go of one branch and grab another or let go of a ledge and drop down etc.)
Franchissement = Underbar
equilibre = balance
Planche = Ask azhar/plod. Useful technique as well.
